My second playthrough with Pyro I was fukking smashing everything in sight.
Make sure you rock all the rings that boost Pyromancy. But I was obliterating shyt with my Pyro build.

I"m a terrible Dark Souls player but this one is just amazing.
It's easier but I think that's because it's more balanced. I still get served on the regular but when you put that final slash through an invading phantom

This. Once u get Karla and the Black Fire Orb spell its a wrap. Use that in combination with the Orb spell that leaves lava on the ground
How is pyro in pvp
I pretty much rocked Great Chaos Fire Orb and Chaos Bed Vestiges only. I infused my sword with a Chaos gem to make it scale with Intelligence and Faith too.
Pyro not that great in PVP. Too slow of a cast and too easy to dodge. I've gotten a few people with it though.
