Apathy’s a Tragedy & Boredom is a Crime
I don’t really think Cena should address anything at all tbh. He didn’t say anything wrong, he was towing the company line and saying that Kanyon couldn’t cut it in the WWE. He didn’t attack his character as a person or anything even though I’m sure some people will act like he did. Not every controversial thing this show drums up needs to be addressed.Cena probably gonna issue a small public apology to clarify some shyt and be good, but you can’t tell me Taker didn’t take liberties with that chair shot.
Yeah I don’t think his sexual orientation hurt his career so much as he was just mentally unwell and he couldn’t be trusted with that going on. It’s hard to do something with someone who’s ready and able to self destruct at any given moment and unlike some of the more notable self destructive figures in the business, Kanyon unfortunately didn’t have the clout or cache to get away with it.I dont think Cena should get any heat for saying that. It just looks bad after the fact.
Watchng the doc, I think his bipolarism and depression was the toughest part but it also meant he was kinda abusive to others and himself emotionally and physically and thats what kinda self destructed his career. In today's climate he'd probably get help and a bigger support system.
