It’s called Fair Use. If you’re a media or public company, others can use either 60-120 seconds of audio or footage at a time. It’s no different from when CNN uses Fox News footage and vice versa. How are they able to obtain WWE footage and use it to chastise the company and not have their shyt blocked or shut down?

I finally watched this recent episode yesterday and there was really nothing new that came from it that we haven’t all heard millions of times already. Practically everybody on that plane aside from Brock have all told their version of it. Even this Heidi lady’s testimony has been public knowledge for years.
For fans to be like OMG flair bout to get canceled over this shyt is comical. Everybody in the business knows what Flair was about back in the day and I’m sure this is nothing compared to the other million Flair stories out there that are shared amongst “the boys”. Literally everybody from every wrestling company chalk it up to Flair being Flair for better or worse.
If Tony Khan let’s this story from 20 years ago, which everybody already knew about including himself since he’s the biggest mark in the biz, stop him from bringing in Flair to manage Andrade, it’d be pathetic as fukk. Nobody cares, and these dark side shows are only seen by a couple hundred thousand people 99% of whom are smarks. They get on Twitter for a night and get a few thousand tweets going which gets it trending for a few hours and the next day it’s forgotten about.
But hey, if he lets the marks prevent Andrade from getting over with help from Flair, I’m not gonna lose any sleep over it. It'll just be another flopped talent on his bloated roster.
where did wrestlers find halcion (if they arent overseas)?

Other than not potentially getting hired by aew for now, nothing will happen to him. It didn’t even make a blip on the mainstream radar on any of the major networks. They depicted years of this type of behavior from him on his 30 for 30 episode and nobody said shyt.yes everybody knows Flair did this stuff for years BUT it’s re-emerging in a very public way with more eyeballs than before
celebrities have gotten “cancelled” over footage, tweets, behavior that have been around for years, just at some point it resurfaces and there is an outcry and some traction behind
in other words the behavior matters, the timing doesn’t
think about the Bill Cosby situation for example. it wasn’t not known, it just finally got on enough people’s radar it boiled over
The show was not a good look for Flair, he’s going to lose endorsements and other opportunities over it, you’re a fool to think there won’t be a fall out

I don’t give a fukk what Tony Khan does, all I know is if he (TK) let’s this little bit of attention from this episode deter him from signing Flair, ironically AEW will be the ones taking the loss out of all this. Flair will continue being Flair with or without them. None of his close friends or celebrity fans are gonna stop fukking with him due to this incident from 20 years ago that has been repeatedly talked about since then. If WWE ever needs him for something, they will call him and he will show up as he always has. Billy Corgan is not gonna drop him. Konnan will not drop him for AAA events. AEW are the ones losing out on whatever potential advantage they could have gained from hiring Ric.So using your logic, with all this renewed attention on Flair's antics, if Tony Khan does bring in Ric Flair your stooge ass will applaud the move? Just want to make sure I have your position right for when you eventually try to weasel yourself out of that pretzel.
