Meh episode but still entertaining. No “wow factor” though

Paul Ellering seems like a good dude

in fact everybody interviewed came off well

I never knew Hawk did a knockoff LOD in Japan

I don’t believe for a second they had more press in Japan than Michael Jackson

love WWF golden era footage, nothing beats it

Owen episode gonna be tough watch

I believe this show is a rating hit for vice, definitely more seasons on the way

watched the first 15 mins so far...good stuff

i know the motorcycle thing was a thing..but those early road warrior outfits had these cats looking like blue oyster patrons

hawk's brothers look so much different from him

gotta love the old school way of breaking in wrestlers...let them actually fight or scrap while they are learning then later on smarten them up..but taking bumps in a boxing ring...that must have hurt lol

Cool, they spent the last minute big upping Hawk's contributions.

This was the worst episode of the show, in my opinion :francis:
Yeah it was weak but I still enjoyed it overall. I wonder if Animal was really as innocent as this portrayed him.

I do think Road Warriors are one of the teams that were hurt by the end of the territory system. Like they said on the doc they were able to come in, get booked like gods and then move the hell on so it gave no one a chance to get tired of them. My favorite period of tag team wrestling is late 80's early 90s WCW with the Road Warriors, Steiners, Doom, Skyscrapers, Sting and Lugar at times, Horsemen, Midnight Express, Varsity Club, Rock and Roll Express and Somoan Swat Team.
