There is no three level open air plaza/mall, Atlantic Station is mostly one level.

I was thinking the same. Richard was looking bad though. Wonder what was going on with him health wise.

I just recently learned that he was diagnosed with Parkinson's a couple years ago.

In addition to his history of substance abuse as well as injuries in recent years like falling off his roof.
