How does one win? Total pounds lost or percentage of body weight lost? Theres a difference you know.....first weigh in this sunday?
I'm in but not to win. Not trying to lose too much weight. Just get a nice cut or burn off some fat. That last Sunday is Wrestlemania day and I wanted to try and be in better shape by the time that came around. Right now my goal is 180. Goal for mania is 175. I'll check in every Sunday when I get up and join in. Feel like I gotta focus on my core mostly. Most of my fat is in my stomach. I think focusing most of my efforts on core and cardio will benefit me. I think I should stick to my 3C plan, core cardio chest. We'll see how it goes.

No woman should be eating less than 1400 calories. You need to step your workouts up. If you starting at 1200 imagine how little you will have to eat once you lose more weight.I started with 1300 and the scale was not moving so went to 1200 starting to see change.
