I know he was pretty much washed but he still had a US title run and was way over.... I mainly just wanted to draft him cause I already got 00 Scott and it would be goofy to me to have 00 Scott and late 80s Rick, just make it simple. I would book him eventually to just become Scott's veteran evil older bro/henchman type shyt, like some one man J&J security ish.
