“There’s tremendous pollution being put into the ocean because they’re going through what’s called the storm sewer that’s for rainwater,” President Trump said attacking San Francisco's water.
The city clapped back, explaining, "its combined sewer system, which captures and treats all of the combined sanitary and stormwater" and captures "litter that would otherwise flow directly into San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean."
