I did see a few weeks ago where Jurassic Park and JAWS were the #1 and 2 movie in America which was kind of cool.

Maybe they decided to have this move take Halloween spot and pushed that back because they rather make more money on that flick. To be honest we will not know how this will play out until Tenet releases.

Yeah, a lot of people are going to be weary of going to the theater due to the virus or the mask mandate (although you can take the mask off while you eat.) Maybe there's no place for it since the 2021 schedule is about to get overrun by delayed 2020 movies.

They would have they wanted too. Universal pushed back Halloween and Saw for next year. I guess Candyman was the one they chose to still drop this year for whatever reasons. This might be a one off movie as well. To be honest the original one did not really need a sequel anyway.
