Join a bjj gym and do some muay thai as well. Complete package of fitness and fighting
Been into boxing on and off since a kid. In my spare time I train kids and adults (no patience for teens), rubbed shoulders with many boxers, I ALWAYS spar/help out young dudes and women getting ready for the NY Golden Gloves, also with B and C level fighters MANY times the most famous being Joan "Little Tyson" Guzman (), I personally know mostly New York fighters, grew up with Junior "Poison" Jones (he's doing bad now, real bad).
I have a ton of knowledge on boxing as a science. What you need to know breh?
Oh, and oh punch niqqas through school buses.
So you come to fukk up this thread too ?
just fukking with ya, share the knowledge breh. Clean slate
@ski Hat was actually a big help when I started fukkin with Boxing. Came up with good side workouts thanks to my IC breh.

Been meaning to do that, how long is a good workout generally in bjj? It was usually 3-4 hours in Boxing. It'll let me know if I could do both...
breh whats going on with poison? don't tell me my nikka is a casualty of boxing? brain damaged? drugs? money issues?
bjj is tougher than boxing imo. i used to boy heavy but strictly muay thai now. the thing about bjj is no matter how fit u think u are, you are gonna have a tough time on the first class no matter what because your using muscles you thought u never had constantly. but after the first month you will find out how superior you actually are to everyone on the fitness tip. definitely try out some gyms... where do u live? theres great academies everywhere
