Muscular is so OP that I'm sure that this is the last time we see him in the series, the only person who's really capable of taking him on is Deku.

In terms of raw physical power? I don't think so, Miriko was tearing through them and she'd get washed by Muscular.
muscular hasn't done shyt but get immediately washed by a single punch on two separate occasions and fukk up a jump because he can't even fully control his own powers
dude ain't even gentle villain status
Miriko was fighting through both unfinished and high end Nomu - each of which bodied multiple heroes throughout that area.

Outside of All Might & Endeavor, she's shown the most demonstrative strength on the battlefield among Pro Heroes. She beat like 4 Musculars with added powers just in the run up to Shigaraki crawling out of the coc00n.
She would decimate Muscular.

muscular is just a matchup type of villain anyways. he'd give jv deku, earthquakekid, red rock, and gofastguy problems but just about everyone else that's not a supporting type washes him free. shyt, even gravitygirl and grapehead beat him free. bakugo and todoroki? not even a fukkin problem. miruko was beating through things with better natural defenses (since all nomu come with a forrm of that kinetic mitigation outer layer/skin anyways) with ease so of course he's fried.
Dabi literally said fukk THIS IM OUT when Miruko pulled up
multiple quirks > 1 gahbage quirk. all for one didn't even feel pressed to steal muscular's trash quirk. she spent the next dozen chapters kicking nomu heads in because she a killer not one of these playplay heroes like midnighthot. shiggy has expressed the same concern for losing muscular as boneteethkiller ie none. every important villain in the country is huddled up about to make moves. muscular terrorizing trader joes. zero value lost

Muscular tanked a 100% smash from Deku. Only people taking him are Deku and All Might himself. Maybe energy release Fatgum too.

yakuzabeak's whole theme was not valuing anyone on his roster which is why he had trouble keeping half his people around for the police/hero siege

) is some elite villain that only All Might or Deku could beat instead of the throwaway henchmen that he is. Mir would wreck this man before he even knew what was happening. For that matter, Todoroki could give this man the beats. This guy is a one trick pony, no versatility with the intellect of your average bean. He can be trapped, contained, exploited, or overpowered. The fukking Nomu Endeavor and Hawks fought was more dangerous.

I'm just talking in terms of raw power.[/QUOTE]In terms of raw physical power, I can kind of see where you're coming from. He's definitely a heavyweight but your original assertion that he could only be beaten by Deku or All Might is what was problematic.
Muscular is just too much of a one note guy & he lacks the brains to make him a real threat to anyone that isn't a scrub. For instance, Midnight is ridiculously weaker than him but she could put him to sleep & his ability affords him no defense against that sort of attack.
The horribly underutilized Edgeshot would have this man's blood flow cut off before he even realized what happened. I could go on but you get the point. He's just not versatile enough to cover his weaknesses or use his power to do anything besides hit hard.
