I loved the Winter Soldier suit but at the end of the day Disney/Marvel trying to sell them toys and gear. So they have to keep tweaking the costumes movie to movie to justify to people to purchase more items.

I hope he doesn't take it, fruitvale and creed were labours of love and it showed being shackled by marvel might kill him creatively. He should look at himself as a director not a "black" director first. No need to take the 1st big door that opens the world is his oyster, what did working with marvel do to help "much ado about nothing"
