Another Marvel Studios production is heading to South Korea. Following in the footsteps of 2015’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” Variety has learned that “Black Panther” will shoot in the South Korean port city Busan. The city and its landmarks (like Gwangalli beach, the Gwangan Bridge and the Jagalhchi fish market) will serve as the setting for a big chase scene.

Local production service company Mr. Romance Film shared information about the shoot, which will involve “some 150 cars and more than 700 people.” The scene in question is described as “a car chase scene with the protagonist and the villain. It will also involve helicopter(s) and guns (firing blanks) and may cause noise as well as traffic restrictions.”
It’s not yet known if Busan will double for Wakanda or if Black Panther’s adventure in the film will take him across the globe to South Korea.

Variety also notes that local residents and even the official Busan city Facebook page shared information about “Black Panther’s” upcoming trip to South Korea too early. Their posts have been deleted since the information was unintentionally revealed before Marvel and Busan has closed the deal.

Filming on “Black Panther” is currently underway at Marvel’s studio space in Atlanta. Shots of the actors, includingChadwick Boseman, Martin Freeman and Lupita Nyong’o, have emerged online.

Directed by Ryan Coogler (“Fruitvale Station,” “Creed”), “Black Panther” stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, alongside Michael B. Jordan as Erik Kilmonger, Forest Whitaker as Zuri, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi, Winston Duke as M’Baku, Sterling K. Brown as N’Jobu, Florence Kasumba as Ayo, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross and Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue. The film opens February 16, 2018.

So we got:

Klaw
Killmonger
Nakia
Man-Ape

There's too many villains here and I have no idea how Coogler is going to juggle them. It's a concern for me, really. They should keep the first movie simple and focused.

Just because those characters are present doesn't mean they'll all be used as antagonists. They're not doing this as ONE film, it's going to be a part of a series of films. Nakia and M'baku are likely to start out as allies to T'Challa like they did in the comics.

It's like how in Dr Strange Mordo is present but he doesn't become a villain till a post credits scene.

In Captain America The First Avenger Bucky is introduced but his character isn't fleshed out or developed until later films.

Yall should know by now that in the MCU characters can appear in a film as a set up for a later film.
