White Tiger is latina, close enough. I have the Man Without Fear arc. The excuse was "soul searching" and he wasn't even BP at the time. It still doesn't make sense for him in a team up book, with street level heroes. A hero of that level stumbling on some ish while in a location and stopping it is one thing, but going there for the purpose of stopping something "everyday" doesn't. It would be the same as Storm It made about as much sense as Misty getting the call for "The Crew". I also have the issues where it was he & Cage traveling and ended up with Voodoo, Blade (and Monica Rambeau) for Hurricane Katrina. Those issues are good to me, because it flowed with the story. But just throwing BP in street level ish just because doesn't sit right with me. There are a number of heroes they can do it with.
Those Hudlin issues were really good. Its probably my favorite part of his run before it started going downhill with the mmarriage shyt

I mean the post credit scene in Civil War basically set this up :yeshrug:

Yup. That and keeping Zemo alive. All that is gonna come up at some point.
:patrice: Both films are shooting at the same time. Going to be interesting just how much this movie ties into Infinity Wars...hopefully its not just a lead up to that..

According to Fiege Black Panther leads directly into Infinity War
:jbhmm: how much time is supposed to pass between this movie and Civil War?

They wouldn't be in Wakanda for a little under two years :gucci:

If its not a lot of time...I wonder if the Thor and Spiderman movie are all happening around the same time as well. :patrice:

BP comes right after Civil War. No time gap this time.

So..if BP leads directly to IW then that means Thor and Spiderman are all going on at the same time. GOTG2 I know takes place shortly after the first one. So its a few years behind in the timeline.

The movie gaps are actually in real time at this point. In Civil War Vision referenced tomy becoming iron man 8 years ago. 08 was 8 years and referenced Ultron similarly.

Thats what I mean. Up until this point it was based in real time. If this picks up immediately after Civil War/2016 then it won't.

I read elsewhere that Doctor Strange was the 1st example of the timeline no longer going to plan
Being that Thor meets up with Strange at the end. Hinting that its probably taking place before Civil War

Nah Doc Strange definitely at least starts around Cap 2/Age of Ultron because the Avengers Tower is up already and there was a date on a trophy in his trophy case referencing 2016. Thor will stick come back to Earth as his movie drops this November so time is still a year later. A year is more than enough time for Doc Strange who we've been shown has uncanny learning to find more gear and get stronger by time Thor gets here.

I think the time gap between Civil War/Black Panther/Thor 3/ and Infinity War is extremely narrow

So according to Coming Soon.net Nakia is a "former Dora Milaje turned agent of Kilmonger's":ohhh:

Also they still describe the DM's "wives in training". I was hoping they'd completely drop that ridiculous angle of the DM history. Feminists are going to have a FIELD day with that

This is interesting. I was wondering why it looked like her hair wasn't shaved like Danai.
Then again they could just be assuming thats whats going on because thats what happens in the comics. If she' s a former Dora/w Killmonger why is she with Danai and Ross in the set photos at the UN? Seems like something that would set up in a future movie.[
