Nope. Goku had already attained SSJ3 by that point. He was simply holding back because he didn't really want to fight/hurt Vegeta.

I def saw some similarities I mentioned that in my first post after seeing the film. Both great films. Dawn was excellent. I love that Apes trilogy. Black Panther is even better.

Fantastic movies but I had a couple small gripes
First:I kind of wish they didn't go the psychopath route with Killmonger. His objective was enough to put him at odds with Panther adding the psycho Ima kill my own bytch without blinking kind of thing was a bit unnecessary
Second: it was obvious that some Marvel exec came down and was like "Hmmm Im gonna need you to change white people to umn COLONIZER" shyt was kind of weird how they refused to say white people when they really wanted to say white people.
Third: Loved the whole Africa/African American sort of theme they were going for...felt they could of delved deeper into it instead of kind of wasting time with Klaw. He felt kind of bleh to me and more of a slapstick character.

The Black Panther fandom is EXPLODING. I've never seen such a huge influx of Marvel art and stories over such a short period of time. These are my favorite so far.
