That was my daily driver till I upgraded to a YSP1400 and a Sony HTCT 660 I still use it on my PC from time to time.
For the money you're looking to spend you've really limited yourself when it comes to the great soundbars. I know Vizio makes a decent one in that price range but not much else.
What you'll find is most low end soundbars don't have anything except optical in and unless you have a top end TV your set is likely to only output 2.0 stereo from the optical out. It dumbs down the audio you get from them. Like Vizio had a 5.1 soundbar that only has optical in and most people's TVs can't output 5.1 from their optical ports wasting the whole setup.
