If he is calling people and telling them when to drop out not exactly. The Voltron move is what turned the tide. If he is pulling Klobuchar and Buttiege strings that's interference. Nothing illegal or unfair or anything like that, smart strategy wise. It completely worked, but did he keep his word? Not exactly.
