Looks like Biden is about to handover the keys to a full Republican government in 4 years if he won’t even do simple shyt to please the people who got him into office
As if this was surprising. A lot of y’all who spent the last year and a half on the coli Biden defense force and shytting on progressives got a sobering reality coming.

Biden getting Trump out the paint is still better than the alternative. I voted for Bernie in the primaries but I was still optimistic that Biden would come in and actually pass some meaningful legislation or executive orders. With that said he hasn’t even been sworn in yet so it’s technically not fair to be all doom and gloom but these unnecessary leaked stories where his team is pouring cold water on hypothetical policies that helped him get elected is depressing.

This is facts. People don’t want a President anymore. How about Emperor, Supreme Leader, One Above All maybe?

Many people here have given up even the pretense of legislative process. I get it, McConnell has made the Senate a dysfunctional cesspool. However, a left wing Trump isn’t the answer to anyone’s problems long-term.
I don’t want a benevolent dictator but is it so hard to ask for the Democrats to have a President who won’t kowtow to these Republican ghouls?

You’re right, Mitch and Republicans before him broke the legislative process with bad faith obstructionism. It’s going to take a Democrat who’s willing to fight dirty and not backdown like Trump to get anything done unless the Dems have a 60 senate and house majority.
