shyt is sad breh. Democrats won a presidential election with the most votes in American history and people act like the entire party is dead.
Trying to make predictions on 2022 when its very possible Biden could preside over an economy going gangbusters headed into Q4 2021.
Pretty much. Although I will say in a sense, we are in a time of post-election confusion. Because this was long, agonizing battle of philosophies, and everyone is tense. This is politics, and like while I wish we had the Trifecta, getting Trump out of office for me was primary; if he stayed, then shyt would be BAD.
Now though, its like so many questions:
- How many ARE MAGA?
- How will the Republican Party view Trump in 22'. Will Trump be promoting people in Midterms? Will he even care at all, and really focus on 2024; aside from Legal stuff. Or is this preparing for TrumpTV.
I do agree though that this is the start of shift in politics. One thing is clear, Trump got 70 million votes. So that voice is still there. With that though, and Trump out of office, how do the GOP play this?
For me. I view this election as a small victory, but one that will lead to better things in the end. It says alot to a country, with having a lot of white folks and ethnic groups, and being able to defeat Trump's 70M with Biden's 75M+ to the world saying, "We are divided. But we made a mistake."
Not to mention people are becoming more open to the Coronavirus. At first it was "Well it's a Hoax." which I too thought it would be like the Flu, but people now do acknowledge it as a virus, "Well if I get it, it won't affect me like a Senior would."
We are in the true 2nd wave, and even though Biden will get blamed by the right, at least I feel that a vital part will be address Q1 2021 with COVID.
