There's an Axios article out from Jonathan Swan, apparently, some of his aides reached a breaking point yesterday after that tweet, and some of his aides are questioning whether he even wants to win.

In all seriousness, since the bar is so low for this guy, all he had to do was have a few round tables with Kayne and Jim Brown and he would have come out on top of this entire situation. If he proposed (not even passed) a few common-sense proposals that wouldn't rock his police base, the media would have been eating out of his hand as they're always trying to normalize this fool. I don't know what's wrong with him, but he definitely has a mental disorder. I know he's a narcissist but there something else wrong with his brain.

He doesn't want to win, but at the same time, he doesn't want to quit. Trump is planning to launch a Media Empire with OANN, so he can use his election loss to gaslight his supporters for his race war. The problem for him though is that he thinks he won't go to jail, in which he will, so that's why he should focus on trying to win because the only way to avoid prison for the rest of his life is to win the election.

He has burned so many bridges and pissed so many people off, that no one is going to save him.
