I tend to agree with Spanberger, especially when it comes to these TX races in the DFW/Houston suburbs. For weeks, Dem candidates were getting bombarded with negative ads about Defund the Police and Socialism/AOC/Bernie. Dems underperformed in all of them.
Democrats didn’t run as socialists. And everyone is called a socialist. Obama, Hillary, Bernie, Joe, whoever.This is just an utter lack of self-reflection on her part. You guys are in a gerrymandered Congress and won when your voters were motivated and republicans stayed home. That’s about it. She let her own views show. Anyone giving that credence is also letting their own perspectives on the left show. She is a DINO.

I think it was the Trump effect on the ballot, he mobilizes voters like no GOP President since Reagan. That's why the district polling being off in some of these places scrambling.
Trump campaign in South FL was going at Biden and the Dems with no rebuff for 6-7 weeks on TV, Radio on the socialism sucks message.
Some of these other members who lost have a good amount of Latinos in their districts too.
