Stacey Abrams needs a cabinet position if she hasn’t been offered one already (in the event that Biden finishes this). She stood by ready in case Joe picked her for VP, essentially putting everything else on hold. When Joe didn’t pick her she kept her head up and fought for the movement. Hats off to her.

I feel like Democrat are going to need to ask themselves what worked so well in 2018 that didn't work as well this year. I understand it was a midterm and not a presidential race, but it seems Democrats made much more progress then.

My take, candidates spent a lot of time talking more about healthcare than just talking about how bad Trump is. It's a winning issue for them and should have been hammered relentlessly especially with the current pandemic and Trump's lack of response to not having his own healthcare plan.

1. Dems way underperformed in the Senate, with Bill Nelson, Heitkamp, Donnelly, and McCaskill losing seats they were favored to win. Manchin, Stabenow, and Brown underperformed compared to their poll numbers.
2. No Trump on the ballot so a lot of rednecks stayed home or even voted for the Dem

Joe is your guy. Just admit you got it wrong and black people weren't as interested in him as you thought. There's not a deeper discussion that needs to be had. Only people asking for it is fence hopping Trump supporters like yourself :russ:
So first I’m Joe’s biggest cheerleader, and now I’m a Trump supporter. I’m one of the few that said Biden would win the nomination, but somehow I got it wrong?? :russ:, yeah you’re an idiot.

So we gonna run on "We still aren't Trump!" for 2022?
I'd hope they'd run on the policy initiatives that put Biden in the office. If the concern isn't his policies as much as people not believing he actually wants them, then the simple solution seems to fight for them.

He can out of the gate do student debt relief. Seems like a good start.

I think Biden can get GA but I don't trust them with 2 run-offs. Hopefully Republicans will feel so defeated that they'll stay home :francis:

Like I said, Obama has to stump and Biden has to be out there campaigning more than he did even during the GE for a chance

Those only Trump republicans are not coming back out.

Really need ALL the dems to galvanize ATL again.

My bad. I would definitely be Ok with Trump over Bernie. You right, but I would never actually pull a lever for Trump.
Like I said, fence hopping.

I wonder if point #2 gives dems an outside shot at the 2 GA senate seats in January’s runoff
