On the margins, sure but it will have more to do with the urban vote. Milwaukee sat out 2016. If Biden wins it will be because of them and Green Bay. And AZ has been experiencing natural demographic shifts. Hillary would win AZ too in 2020. That’s not strategy. Go look at the districts Biden is relying on.

For the record, AOC cant run in 2024, shes still too young. But you better believe there is an undercurrent of folks who hate the kumbaya dems. We want an attacker and that will rally people. The same way Trumps bravado has taken a lot of latino voters away. Dem media that cry and complain for year after year about what Trump is doing moves people to support him. It makes it APPEAR he is getting stuff done, even though he's not. Everyone would rally around an attacker from the Dems. Looks at how much praise these speeches get when Obama, Buttigeig, Warren goes in on Trump. We have to stop settling for these moderates and go left, hard left. This was a layup election with a president that did every single thing wrong and not only is the election still in jeopardy, we wont even get 4 seats in the senate for a majority. What more do people need to see?
GA, TX, NC, PA, FL were all in play and should have been blue. Stop all this moral victory crap, Dems lost those states and 45s support has grown nationwide because the people dems put out front are way too soft.

Even if Biden wins it just feels life a hollow victory. The fact it was this close just feels so fukking disheartening. I don't know, I feel the same sense of hopelessness and despair that I did 4 years ago. This wasn't a rejection of fascism and trumpism, this was a really sloppy baseball game that went into extra innings because defense and the bullpen kept blowing leads and now you just want the game to be over with. And on top of that I am very deeply conflicted over the people in my life that I've loved or respected that have joined the Trump cult, I can't look at them the same and don't want them in my life anymore, it's just a really shytty feeling.

One of the biggest take aways. On paper electoral college vote wise this could be a 300+ get for Joey when it’s all over but at minimum trumpism wasn’t rejected and in fact it looks like some people gripped it even tighter despite him willingly allowing thousands to die in a global pandemic amongst other things.
