Y’all have a lot of blind hope in young people being so different as if they don’t inherit views from their racist white parents, or in the case of Latinos, assimilate into whiteness - can’t remember what documentary it was, but a Mexican father was talking about how he worries about how his kids (who are fairer than him) will likely assimilate into white culture.

Ehh...most data shows that young people are more progressive than their parents. So for example, Trump basically drew with Hillary among white millennials but won like 67 percent to 70 percent of the white vote overall.
