What is the best case vs the worse case scenario for Trump refusing to concede?

On a recent podcast, FiveThirtyEight mentioned that journalist aren't really covering what a 2nd term for Trump would like, partially because he hasn't put forth any policy, but also because it starts to sound apocalyptic and like fear-mongering when you hypothesize about Trump with less/no restraints.

My guess is that regardless of whether Trump is re-elected, he will be completely unrestrained from 11/4 until inauguration if he loses, or, if he wins, until he tries to extend to a 3 term president in 2024. I think the question is whether the yes men in the administration start to tell him no, or whether the "I'm not doing that" men in his administration (ie: self-titled saviors like Don McGahn) get hit with a Friday night massacre and the gloves come off for the administration.

BCS - the election is such a blowout he is not taken seriously. he is laughed off and on January 20 is escorted from the White House. if he orders the military or national guard to do something deeply unconstitutional he is removed by his cabinet

WCS - the election is close enough that bidens electoral college victory hinges on one state like Pennsylvania. Barr sues the state to do something that will give him the result (not allowing some ballots to be counted for example). SCOTUS sides with Trump 5-4 or 6-3 and he wins the election
