I think Biden might do it here in Ohio. Riding through the affluent area, you see the Trump signs but Biden signs are heavy too

I told y'all I smelled about 2-3 upsets coming election night. Ohio, Texas, or Georgia. Joe might fukk around and flip all 3 of them states.

We're getting off topic but I feel like I have to chime in on your beliefs about progressive policies yet again.
Plenty of middle class Joes own rental properties and between mortgages and expenses, their margins are very thin. It would be unfair to punish these people.

Proposition 21, an initiative for local rent control officially called the Expands Local Governments’ Authority to Enact Rent Control on Residential Property. Initiative Statute, is a California ballot proposition that will appear on the ballot for the general election on November 3, 2020. If approved, it would allow local governments to establish rent control on residential properties that have been occupied for over 15 years. It would also allow landlords who own no more than two homes to exempt themselves from such policies. This would essentially repeal some of the provisions in the 1995 Costa–Hawkins Rental Housing Act.[1][2]

Are there really that many "middle-class joes" struggling to make ends meet while collecting rent for +15 years on three or more properties :jbhmm:

Im speaking more generally. I know more than a few people who own rental properties with mortgages. The monthly cash flows are really low. It’s more of a long term wealth building asset. If they invest in improving the property, they should be able to raise the rent to cover those improvements. Again, I’m just speaking in general terms. Not familiar with the specific CA policy.
