This sounds awful:scust:. I aint no republican ass nikka but taking control out of landlords who aren't nefarious is a bridge too far.
How do you determine if they are nefarious? You don’t have to be nefarious to simply ride the wave of a market that is increasing costs and homelessness. On its face the measure seems legitimate IMO.

May be too many variables to say but what do y’all think it’ll look like in 2021, as far as:

Supply and demand
Rates etc.
I was talking to a local realtor the other day and he was hinting at there being a good amount of foreclosures on the market some time next year...we'll see though.

It all depends on how the economy bounces back and what Congress does to help

The majority of people that pop shyt about Glenn Greenwald don't have 1/5th of his courage. He's knowingly put his life on the line multiple times for the craft of journalism.

He was on Rogan the other day. Came off as journalist who actually cares about the craft.

People need to check themselves and stop looking at these parties like they are part of the team. If you identify with X ideology, calling out bullshyt and hypocrisy on a party that claims that ideology should be applauded not punished.
