Tough not to be sus of even good news at this level but maybe SCOTUS is signaling they want NO part of tipping this thing like 20 years ago - those 6 robed illegitimate a$$holes may just be barely aware there may not BE a court eventually if they install Mad King Cheeto.

Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch said it's too close to the election to take up the case, but it could still be reviewed after the election if late-arriving ballots make a difference. Hopefully the amount of those ballots that need to be counted won't make a difference one way or another.
