That's not the way it works at margins like that. If Biden up anything over 7, the EC vote is 99% guaranteed.
I went to a mainly white high school in South GA when Obama won in 08 (was a sophomore at the time) and teh genuine shock on many of my white classmates and faculty's faces will always stand out to me the morning and day after

Anything within the margin of error which is 3% the election is a toss up and can go either way... Hillary was within the margins against trump that’s why some folk already knew trump was prob going to beat her... Anything polling over 3% and you win both popular vote and EC... Within the margin you can win the popular vote and lose the EC... ie Hillary, John Kerry, Al GoreI’ve read that before but I just don’t know
