If Biden doesn't pack the court with at least four more justices, and expand the federal judiciary in general because it is actually something needed as the court is too small to handle the number of cases, he will be giving the 2022 midterm elections to the Republicans and probably the White House in 2024.Biden is really thinking of having republicans in his cabinet?This "we are the world" bullshyt is why Dems always get their ass kicked. Im voting for him but I do not believe one second he will pack the courts now. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but if he is thinking of giving Jeff Flake or racist ass Kasich a cabinet position that tells me everything I need to know.

And miss me with this "its not popular" stuff from the polls. Do you know what isn't popular? Forcing through a Supreme Court justice during a global pandemic, when the Senate refuses to consider any bills to help people and only a few weeks before the presidential election. The Republicans are still doing it. The Dems need to do what's right instead of being afraid of what is/isn't polling well.
Would probably just make more sense to use the organizing team that Bernie had.

. If they don't come in with a big, bold agenda they will screw themselves for '22/'24. If they stay in the fetal position while these illegimate courts reshape this country it will demoralize the base. Kamala will get washed by Hawley, easy.

But even he said that it's important that these pols show up in these communities. He has data that shows retail politics is much more effective with Hispanics as many non-speaking Hispanics won't respond to anonymous text/calls, but if you show up in these barrios Univision/Telemundo will cover it.
