Yes I get that Graham didn't take a test, but there is no evidence Graham has covid and the debate would be socially distanced. It's not like with Trump, where dude is still sick and wanted to debate in person.

I feel like this is worse than Beto because at least there, you had so many non voters that you could at least "see" how he could win by flipping the map/demographics Obama-style. That's not happening in South Carolina, with Trump at the top of the ticket. And just like Beto, he's running a national campaign instead of focusing on the state.
