It goes back decades and it was a constant coordinated campaign from wealthy Republican operatives - Vince Foster bullshyt and all the rest. They saw her as a threat in the 90s when Bill was in power and kept going. When she later became senator, secretary of state and then a presidential candidate it went into overdrive. Not saying she wasn't sub optimal in some ways (remember Obama beat her in 08) but she would have at worst been a competent President even with big R opposition. But the cac backlash against Obama also was so intense it set the table for her loss.
She's been hated since Bill was president. She wasn't a traditional first lady and they thought she was overstepping in terms of the administration and should have just stayed in her place.

She got close, but honestly she was always going to end up losing because their hatred for her. Hillary would have had to counterbalance by having Barack like charisma to increase voter turnout or have an exceptional campaign.

One thing I told people years ago about Biden when a lot of people wanted him to run in 2016: I said Biden appeal stretches across the rust belt, he can pull in moderates/independents in those suburban regions.

But another thing I noted was likability. He has the ability for bad news to bounce off of him whereas Hilary everything would stick. Not a lot sticks to Biden.

honestly, a lot of that is that white man mode shyt... people just don't want to talk about it because he's a man and he's on our side.

Its not surprising most of the women leaders elected in the world tend to be conservatives because the only way a lot of men can tolerate listening to a woman is if they're basically male ideological copies of themselves.

TFW the media is more concerned about Biden not answering about packing the court than they are about the White House not answering when Trump's last negative Covid test was. :wow:
They're so addicted to creating narratives. Its absurd.

Go ask Trump where his healthcare plan is.

I'm talking from a political standpoint. Obviously Joe Biden has white man privilege. He'd probably admit that he does. But tbh that's what is needed to get Trump out, it's sick that it has to be that way but no way these suburban cacs would throw Trump in the trash for anyone else
