When are we going to acknowledge the master class Biden is running?

He's been in OH/PA for a couple of weeks now and nearly every speech/tweet has struck the right tone. Also as Wasserman points out, he's done a good job laying low (but not too low), minimizing the gaffes, and letting Trump hang himself. People are underestimating Joe Biden because he's rough around the edges, but he's the right campaign for the moment.

I said back in 2016 that if Hillary lost someone like Biden would win. There was big argument. I said Trump would be so toxic that America would look for “normal” to bring us back from him. Biden fits the profile perfectly. Ultimately, people were so shook of a Trump that being a steady hand was the winning play. His campaign hasn’t been great but he’s just let Trump implode while being competent. It helps not having to introduce yourself to America.

Ironically I disagree with Pelosi on this. I feel like she's held out too long, and doesn't seem to realize she's playing with house money. Right now it looks like Biden is going to win. You pass the 1.6T now, you can get all the goodies you want in February when you pass Biden's first stimulus. People are hurting right now and need help. Get it done.

OF course the flip side of this is that if nothing passes right now, Biden gets to pass an even bigger stimulus right out the gate in January.
