Won't have much affect on the larger cities TBH, but plenty of black folks live in rural areas. NC has been disenfranchising black voters since the beginning of time. Most old heads are aware of this. Just need to make sure your mail in ballots are processed correctly and if not head on over to the polls. yup, they see the writing on the wall and and are trying to convince biden and the dems that their victory was possible because of a bi-partisan coalition that he needs to keep on board by having republican friendly policies. they know what they're doing. i think biden has been in the game long enough to know what they're doing as well.
