If by "fukkery" you mean "a terrible outcome" then I'd have to agree .

My understanding is that in the event of a tie, the House votes on it, but it wouldn't be a straight vote, it would be one vote per state. Which means Trump wins.


Considering how the rest of the year has been, I wouldn't be surprised if that happens.

I don't think that study is worth a damn to be honest. The basic premise (that people would be less likely to lie online than over the phone) is very questionable.

While I think "shy" is the wrong word, I do think a significant number of Trump voters lie to pollsters because they view the media as the enemy.

If they thought the media was so bad, they’d just hang up or not complete the poll. Most all of them are proud to be Trump supporters. Wasting time to do a 20 question poll that you hate doesn’t make sense.

If it was true, Trump supporters would be unpollable and every poll result would be tens of points off. They aren’t.

I’ve driven through rural NC a lot over the past couple of months and Trump support is shown very loudly and proudly. If anything I think Biden has a lot more “shy” supporters in Trump strongholds
