Which reference? Think I missed it as well
When the cop gets a call (he was the one in breaking bad, he helped find walt in season 2, and brought the box of evidence in gails murder to hank when he was laid up) got a call about a possum running around under a house. In The Fly episode of breaking bad, jesse tells walt when he lived with his aunt, there was a possum running around under the house and they had to call people to get rid of it.

Wow, great catch bro! I probably still would have missed that if I watched the episode 5 times in a row :russ:

I still don't understand why he doing these things.
Howard is offering Jimmy a job not because he thinks Jimmy is a good lawyer, but because he feels guilty about Chuck. Saul despises that.

This is all about Saul's ego at this point. He went against Kim not because he wanted to help her, that was just his excuse. He wanted to flex deep down. He's very good at the slimeball stuff.

Kim is having an existential crisis. I don't think she knows what she wants to be or what to do. She wants to help people but she also wants to do generic lawyer shyt at the firm. She cant help people as much through her lawyer skills, she has to ask Saul for help. And as she sees that his methods are effective and that she can't trust him, she is terrified. Tbh, she might commit that.

The reason why he was trolling Hamlin is in large part because Hamlin still cast a shadow of Chuck.

Not to mention Saul never forgotten and can't let go of being denied the exact same offered deal in the past, now because HHM is back on its feet, Hamlin comes up as if let bygones be bygones.

I fukking love this unviverse man, I remember being :francis: when this show was announced because I thought of all the characters you can make a prequel about, why Saul? Man I was fukking wrong

Even in the first half it's :ohhh:how a throwaway scene from last season....when you seen a random woman knocking on the glass when Lalo was in the Travelwire....turned into an elaborate plan for Mike. The writing on this show is something else.

Fred.

Can you elaborate? I’m not sure I remember that part

Here's referring to this scene and how the woman knocking on the door being instrumental to Mike's plan.

It's not impossible as we never seen Saul's personal life and know next to nothing about him during "BB".

Having said that, it's extremely unlikely. Even Lalo and Nacho got a mention in "BB"....the only reference to Saul's relationships was his various ex-wives, and the writers said he might be lying about those. I doubt they'd use a throwaway ex-wife line on a character as important as Kim.

I think it's possible he chose to relocate to Omaha to be close to Kim though. As she is from Nebraska.
