The left never produced a younger successor to him. If Beto was basically Bernie in policy then sanders stays home.
He had an entire organization endorsing progressive candidates. Anyone who would be a successor would literally be too green. He had to run or put all his faith in Warren.He never seemed interested in grooming a successor. That's on him.
Doesn't change my opinion on the old heads.
