It’s pretty much decided. Sanders isn’t gonna get the complete blowout wins he needs to make up the deficit in delegates. I’m going to file an absentee ballot today but real talk he’s probably gonna lose Michigan hard. In the end he just wasn’t the guy to get this stuff done. You can’t give up on southern black voters and win the nomination. They killed his candidacy.

He didn’t give up - he never had a shot running against Obama twice more or less. There’s going to be a huge fight after Biden loses to Trump about minimizing the impact of the southern primaries and it will be ugly. Very ugly.

He had 4 years to minimize the impact as much as possible. He could have lost gracefully instead of getting slaughtered. He gave up too much and has nothing he can count on to counterbalance it.

I still wish he didn't run. At this point he should have had a successor.
