Bernie's team is dipping their toe in aggressive waters. People have told me he's run some wild campaigns back in the day. I do think everyone is overreacting though, they got the money and ground game to overcome alot of things. The surrogates need to do better in getting his attacks out if that's how they're going to move though. Like it or not, him being positive and doing compare/contrast campaigning is not gonna be enough because Biden has the media ready to get personal.

He shouldn't have apologized though. Let the people decide if Joe is corrupt or not Bern.

If I may, even though I am not Bernie supporter, it may have less to do with how he wants to campaign and more to do with how he views Biden. I never got the impression he had that problem with going after Hillary.

If Sanders wins Iowa and is seen as the frontrunner, and Biden takes the gloves off, he will probably respond in kind, but he doesn't seem to want to be the person to start it when it comes to Biden. Not sure if that's a political calculation or personal.
