The game plan for Nia moving forward should be to send her big ass back to NXT to get better in the ring.
Stop letting her speak.
Give her Stokely Hathaway as her manager.
After about a year and once she's stopped inadvertently hurting people and gotten better conditioned, send her back up to the main roster as an Awesome Kong style monster heel.

Yeeeah...even if she wasn't hurting people, I do think it'd be a good idea to have her go back down to refine her shyt a bit after coming back off of TWO torn ACL's.
