I lined up my boys Galaxy 8 I think, today and that screen damn near the same size as my phone and the footprint of the two phones are basically identical except that the Galaxy is narrower. Why couldn’t the X be the same size?

The X and the S8 are very similar in size, the X is a bit shorter and a bit wider. But they're both narrower and shorter than the 7 Plus.

there is literally no downside to the plan.. it's 0% interest, and after the first year, you can get the next phone and just keep going... you either upgrade and keep the same payment or say fukk it and pay it off.. you're not gonna lose money

plus you may be losing money by not selling the phone your self.
