She's way too niche. They need to make her ultimate go through Newcastle's ultimate, similar to what they did with Gibby this season. Even then she's really only useful in end game scenarios.
Nah she's more useful than that. Her ult charges incredibly fast, you can safely spam it. Use it to escape, use it to push etc it don't matter. Her shotgun passive is extremely powerful, you basically got melee speed while ADSing with a shotgun...you will win peak battles off this. Her tactical also means you should not be getting roughed up in midrange cover peak battles, you can fukk them up.

What legend would you guys say is good for solo queing? I play Maggie right now and it was fine in Gold but in Diamond no one wants to do anything and just sit until the last zone. For instance I can down someone and the team doesn't want to push then another team comes because they hear gunshots and we lose because we're fighting against two teams.

Yeah information/wallhack legends are great for solo q. Even if your pubbies aren't communicating, your scanning etc will better inform their decisions. Bloodhound probably the safest/easiest solo q legend to go with right now. Super simple kit to wrap your head around but still very strong.
Bangalore still great in 1v1 duels because of her passive but we living in the era of the legal wallhack/scan meta so her smoke feels a little less useful these days.

Yea once you get to diamond everything becomes slow. Even though she just came out I would suggest Vantage or even Fuse.

Yeah I forgot about the shotgun bonus she gets which is really good. And I agree with her ultimate being good for pushing.
But I gotta disagree with the rest, and there's just way too many other legends with way more utility than her.
