I got my Note10+ for nothing out of pocket because I had an S10+ I traded in and one I sold. Long story short Samsung sold me a defective S10+ I filed a chargeback the credit card company told me keep the phone and gave me the credit to buy another one and Samsung didn't blacklist the defective one so then the Note10+ came out I effectively traded both and got that for nothing.
I then traded that Note10+ in for the Note20 Ultra 5G and it was the most unfulfilling phone upgrade of my life. Outside of the camera I feel like a got a worse battery life version of the phone I already had.
Considering other companies are now putting the cameras under the screen with no notch or hole punch I think it's probably better to hold out but the 3rd or 4th generation foldables will probably be worth getting over any conventional phone.
Even more Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus specs have leaked
The leaks alone suggest at least if you have an S20 or Note20 this ain't worth getting.
