I've had like 5 different Android phones over the last few years, currently with the Nexus 6p on T-Mobile. But before that I had AT&T.

One thing has been a constant... Receiving group texts never works as well as it should. Sometimes I'll miss messages as they don't automatically download and I have to manually download the MMS message. I always make sure the APN is correct and everything. It's enough of a problem to where I'm considering getting the new iphone when it comes out just so my damn group texts actually work correctly smh

Receiving group text through SMS/MMS has always been clunky. It is a valid complaint. The only alternative is using a Internet based messaging app(GroupMe, etc..), but then you gotta make sure that all your people have the app as well

Bruh, the majority of people in America still text. I use Whatsapp but mostly to talk to family and friends in other countries. All of my group chats are via text and every Android I've had has given me issues when it comes to group texting and downloading MMS messages (which is how Androids do group texting). If Apple ever made imessage available for Android, it would change the game. It's really the only complaint I have about my phone, except I text far more than anything else, so it's a big deal for me.
