Anora - Started off great then got very mid after dude ran out the house and left wifey with the Armenians. 6/10
Conclave - Was a great movie up until the big reveal happened 7/10

Dune: Part Two - Classic. 10/10. Movie of the Year.

The Substance - 6/10... Would have preferred Heretic 9/10 or Nosferatu 8/10 get the nom.

Wicked - 8/10 My daughter loved it, so I 'll bump it to 9/10.

Waiting for The Brutalist digital to leak to complete my year

Not watching any Emilia Tranny shyt and will hard pass on A Complete Unknown.
Never heard of the last two

I have seen conclave and The substance. No interest in seeing anything else.

Conclave is a beautiful movie to look at, and I think Fiennes should get the Oscar he finally deserves.

Someone tell me about her performance

Her movie was popular but i never watched. She started out as an actress before becoming a big singer so i imagine she can act.
But i suspect this nomination is like when a championship NBA team gets one of their third options on the all star team. Probably could have put up the same numbers on any other team and wouldn't have gotten the nod. She got this nomination because they want to reward the success of the movie. Not because she stood out.
But again this is all conjecture never saw 1 sec of the film or her performance.
