On those short yardage situations all he had to do was a screen pass to Cook to pick up yardage. Or something else creative.

Ultimately that's what they are going to hold against Allen no SB appearances fair or not. Personally, I just don't think Mcdermott can get it done. What is it going to take 5 playoff losses in a row to KC to get it through people's mind. I've been consistent on the get rid of Mcdermott since the Bengals ran over his defense in the 2nd round with 3 new O-line starters

at the loss as a fellow Bills breh. A lot Bills fans know McDermott is a bad in-game coach, but it’s very clear Allen can’t overcome that unless they don’t play the Chiefs in the playoffs and even that didn’t matter against the Bengals a few years back. I doubt he gets fired tho, the Bills went from a laughingstock to a good franchise, so that might give him another year.
