While I disagree with you about load management (Trae is pretty durable and plays as often as he can), I do think his buy in to the team and commitment to the team can be questioned. His style alienates teammates, he’s not a leader, but he’s the best player on the team so if he doesn’t buy in defensively or make the extra pass it throws the team dynamic off. That’s where I hope Snyder can get him to buy in…team morale will be better and hopefully the team will be better.
