I don’t think Quin Syder would be joining the Hawks if he didn’t think this roster (or some variation of it) couldn’t compete at a championship level. Dude is the top coach on the market, he wouldn’t come here if he thought this would be Utah v2.

I mean it’s not official yet but based on what’s he asking for (Coach + President of Basketball Ops) he’s not betting on Landry Fields & Kyle Korver to get him one (a championship roster). He wants full control to shape this how he wants and if he’s leading Basketball Ops he’s going to have a final say in roster construction, s/t he didn’t have in Utah. It’s more likely he tears it apart then shuffles the chairs around on the Titanic

They are the kings of ball watching. Bey been tremendous for us. He's basically Kevin with the dribbling and playmaking but can play 4 and space the floor massively.
