Trae gets a lot of shyt on here, and I hate that they give him that foul baiting call as much as they do, I really do. It's cheap basketball....but I get the Hawks/Grizz games here so I catch them alot and mannnn, I thoroughly enjoy watching him play. His floor game is crazy elite. Extremely cerebral player.
As for the Hawks as a whole, y'all are missing nothing in terms of roster construction....so I have to ask, why aren't y'all what the Cavs are this year? I know players have been in and out, but this a deep, youthful and athletic roster ...so is it really Nate?

I'm not gonna put it all on the coach but we really are running a shyt scheme. We play slow iso ball when we should be running nikkas off the court. We have 2 all-star-level PGs yet made the fewest passes in the league at one point. We have talented young guys that don't get all the burn they could/should. Etc, etc....

There were definitely some chemistry issues going on coaches and players not on the same page.
And our best players are just inconsistent af

We are near the bottom in 3pt attempts. We get stagnant often because we don't really have any offensive scheme. We spam the pick n roll and hunt mismatches.
As a result our spacing is bad. Teams sell out on defending drives and we don't punish them.
We need an offensive coach to come here and do what Mike brown has done for the kings. More movement off the ball, balanced lineups with more spacing, and faster pace.
