Hawks interested in Jae Crowder. That would be a nice backup big off the bench.

I'd rather him off the bench at the 4 than Johnson or Kaminsky. He'd be good in late game or small ball lineups too

Collins
Crowder
Hunter
Murray
Trae

Lineup is switchable can run the floor and shoot

Would have to think bogi would be the odd man out in a crowder trade. We still gotta pay Dre and OO I assume.

I’m thinking that too. Not sure who else would work money wise? Maybe Justin Holiday (don’t know his contract) + Jalen Johnson?

Only reason I could see them moving on from Bogi is if they think AJ Griffin is ready to play. The offball movement, shooting and finishing he showed last game definitely looked great, especially for him to be the current 3rd youngest player in the NBA.

Yea Griffin has a nice lil bag for a rookie. Shooting off screens, creating shots for himself one on one I was impressed. With everything said I would still rather keep Bogi as that 6th man microwave guy.

Hawks are just under the cap and don’t have the money right now to go get him. We may have to wait till later in the season to go get him when we can potentially move a few pieces (Kaminsky, J. Holiday) to offset the cap number

But I’d definitely take him, we still lack toughness overall on this roster
